These geometric abstract paintings are characterized by balance, equality and a predominantly geometric quilted plaid ground compositional style. Balanced background paintings are often incorporated into other design elements, but can also stand alone as impactful geometric abstract compositions. I like to go a step further by embellishing structured  geometric abstract paintings with glitters, "gems," metallic paints or metallic highlights and other design elements.
